How to Purchase one of our Bunnies
and
Our Sales Policy
Please read before clicking the link at the bottom of this page for the for sale page
Visit our nesting box and/or For Sale pages. If you see a bunny you might want to adopt, consider contacting us to make an appointment to visit the bunnies. Let us know ASAP as bunnies go fast! A 50% deposit will be required to hold your bunny until he or she is ready to go home.
If you are interested in purchasing a bunny, but do not see the kind of bunny you want available, please feel free to contact us. This lets us know that there are people looking and we may be able to breed another litter or even know someone who has the bunny you are looking for.
Sales Policies
By reserving or purchasing any rabbit, you have agreed to my sales policies listed below. Please take time to read them, and make sure you agree with them.
1) I reserve the right to refuse any sale, at any time, for any reason.
2) Absolutely no rabbit will be sold before the age of 8 weeks.
3) Rabbits are not held without a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon. No rabbit is considered on hold until the deposit is received. Bunny sales are a first come first serve basis, if you are looking for a particular color or sex please e-mail me and I can put you on a waiting list.
4) Once you have chosen your bunny and you have notified me of your intention to purchase him or her. I will place a pending status on that bunny. The 50% deposit must be received within 7 days unless otherwise agreed upon.
5) All of my rabbits will be healthy, to the best of my knowledge, at the time of sale. Due to the nature of transmitted diseases, I will not be responsible, under any circumstances, for any veterinary bills that may occur after the rabbit leaves my care. If any rabbit dies in the first week, refunds can be made or you can get a new rabbit of equal value to replace that one for free. The cause of death needs to be unknown. For example the rabbit was sick or you are not sure what happened to it and you could not control the fact that it died. If the dog/cat killed it or any other reasons that were your fault and not mine, you will not get a refund or new rabbit of equal value for free.
6) If you find you can no longer keep a rabbit you’ve purchased from me, please let me know. I will take back my rabbits, depending on any medical conditions or illnesses the rabbit might have. Refunds will not be made. I would prefer you send the rabbit back as opposed to sending it to a shelter. I will not be able to take back rabbits that I feel might pose a health risk to my herd.
7) My rabbits will not be sold to people that use them in harmful experiments or as reptile food. My rabbits are not used for meat stock but may be used as pets or show/breeding rabbits.
8) On the rare occurrence that a doe is sold to you and is found to be unexpectantly pregnant, I will agree to take all the babies back at 8 weeks of age. The babies must have been born within a time frame that makes sense of her getting pregnant while in my possession.
9) All payments must be made in cash (preferred) or by credit card unless otherwise agreed upon.
